Business Introduction Terms & Conditions
(DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE)
Please read carefully. By replying “I AGREE”, making payment, or proceeding with our service, you confirm that you accept the following terms:

Nature of Service
We act solely as an independent business introducer/ connector. Our role is limited to introducing you to potential investors, business partners, or service providers.
2.
No Advisory Role
We do not act as a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, agent, legal advisor, or representative of any party.
3.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
i. Funding or investment
iii. Business success or profits
iii. Reliability or credibility of any introduced party
iv. All decisions are entirely at your own risk.
4.
Independent Due Diligence
You agree to independently verify all information, documents, claims, and credentials of any party introduced to you before entering into any transaction.
5.
Limitation of Responsibility
i. We are not responsible for any loss, fraud, dispute, delay, or damage arising from your dealings with any introduced party.
ii. Our responsibility ends upon making the introduction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.
Fees
Applicable fees (as communicated separately) are payable for our services.
Any agreed success fee remains payable if you enter into a transaction with an introduced party within 2 weeks of introduction.
7.
Non-Circumvention
You agree not to bypass us to avoid payment of agreed fees after an introduction has been made.
8.
Confidentiality
Information shared will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of making introductions.
9.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
10.
Acceptance
By replying “I AGREE”, sending confirmation via message/email, signing digitally, or making payment, you confirm that:
i. You have read and understood these terms
ii. You voluntarily accept them
